Our fee has been calculated to help cover the driver’s costs and our administration.
Most of the sum charged is returned to the driver to pay for the petrol and to help towards vehicle running costs.
The small balance goes towards our office expenses (telephone bills and postage
etc).
Charges vary but are for the driver’s whole journey from leaving home
to returning. Waiting time is not charged but, if excessive, for local journeys
it may be necessary for the driver to make a double journey which will be charged
accordingly.
Invoices are sent at the end of each month.
