Terms and Conditions for Training Course Bookings

• All training course bookings  to be made on the Watford Council for Voluntary Service Training Course Booking Form. The booking form can be obtained from the Development & Training Officer at Watford CVS, telephone 01923 254400 or email watfordcvsdtp@btconnect.com
• You must enclose the appropriate fee with your booking.
• In the first instance we can only accept two bookings per organisation, per course.
• There is no facility for a refund of fees once paid but these can be used for another course if notice is given more than two weeks prior to the date of the course originally booked. 
• In addition to the loss of fees paid there is a cancellation fee of £20 for any place cancelled within 5 working days of a course taking place, for whatever reason.
• Your confirmation of booking and all details relating to the training will be contained in the course programme, which will be sent to you 10 days before the course date.
